Welcome to Gay Travel Today! I’m Teraj and I’ll be your guide as we explore, engage and indulge in the world of LGBTQ+ travel today.

Carnival Cruise Line has announced it may not sail at full capacity until the year 2022. The cruise line giant has pushed its cancellation of future sail, new sailing expeditions and ship renovations out until the end of this year. The CEO, Arnold Donald, is calling the nature of the restart as a country by country, destination by destination basis. When cruising gets going again, ships are expecting to start with less than 50% occupancy to keep passengers and staff safe. Carnival is also planning to remove several ships from its fleet this year, creating an overall 9% reduction in capacity. Cruising has been such a big part of previous vacation life so obviously this is sad news. I know personally, I enjoyed filming one of my music videos on a cruise ship.
